How are Australians and New Zealanders going to financially cope in retirement?

Do you know that 90% of the population in Australia and New Zealand will need support to survive in their retirement?

Now days the average lifespan for men is 79 and women live to 82 years of age. Research shows that the average person has only $92,000 in their Australian Superannuation at retirement. If New Zealanders' believe they are going to have a government pension in ten years time they are mistaken (unless of course you own nothing and you are you are poverty stricken). Think about it who is going to pay for the elderly when more and more of our population is in retirement. In the 1950's we had 12 people working for 1 pensioner. In 2010 we have 3 people working for 1 pensioner. Do you think for one moment that the youngsters of today are going to give away most of their income to support the aged.

Will you be able to survive on $5,000 a year for the rest of your life in retirement?
Even if you have more than this in your Superannuation or Pension Fund, investments and savings – taxes, inflation, the increased cost of medical and aged care will leave you with nothing. You really can’t afford not to Invest in your Future because the government, your friends and family do not have the money to be able to support you in your old age. Try and live on the government pension and forced to lower your standard of living – how would that make you feel?
You can retire with peace of mind!

Investing in property is a good way to ensure that you enjoy your retirement because you will have passive income. Investment property is more affordable than you think. Unlike your own home, you do not go it alone - the Tenant, the Taxman (through tax rebates) and You - all working together to pay off your investment property to give you passive income. New Zealanders' can claim tax rebates back home if they purchase an investment  property in Australia and visa versa.   Investment property can help you pay off your home loan quicker!  Learn how to use the equity in your property to purchase more property with minimal risk. Please don’t say you will “think about it” or “look into it later” because “one of these days” ends up as being “none of these days” and you will retire poor. Only you have the power to change this. You can’t wait for tomorrow forever!
Stop working for money – let money work for you!

We will show you how to:

* Find properties that will give you what you want

It is pointless thinking about your tomorrow ……… unless you are doing something about it today.

Life is about choices and decisions have consequences. So make a decision today to get your hands on this valuable information and start using it to make money by investing on the Gold Coast. Make sure you make enough money whilst you can, so you do not have to lower your standard of living in retirement – as 90% of the population in Australia and New Zealand  will be forced to do.

Procrastination will keep you broke. So do not make an excuse - make an effort!

Most people are too busy making a living to make money. Do not lose out on the opportunity to do something about your future whilst it is in your power to do so. Most people think up numerous reasons why the time is not right to invest in property. Unfortunately, most people see the difficulty in every opportunity - instead of looking for the opportunity in every difficulty. This mentality shows why 90% of the population need support to survive in their retirement. Will you be one of them?
