We have house and land packages in South East Queensland (SEQ). For convenience  the SEQ can be divided into 5 areas:

A) In the middle is the  Inner & Outer suburbs Brisbane. This is the area form the east including Cleveland and suburbs build within 20 km of  the Brisbane River. This includes the inner city suburbs to inner north suburbs to Chermside; the inner west suburbs to Bellbowrie;: the inner south suburbs to Logan; and the inner eastern suburbs of Redland Bay. Brisbane  has achieved the accolade as the "Most affordable capital city in Australia". This is based on average income vs real estate median price.

B) North of Brisbane is the Northern Corridor including the suburbs of Strathpine, Moreton Bay and  Cuboolture areas. This is an area of good potential capital growth and rental returns.

C) Above the Northern Corridor is  the Sunshine Coast from Coloundra in the south, to Nosa at the northern end. . This region has has experienced excellent population and economical growth over the last 10 years.

D) The Western Corridor from Redbank Plains,  Goodna and Springfield though to Ipswich and goes as far as Toowoomba. This is a large area and you need to isolate it in segments of  potential capital growth and rental returns.

E) The Southern Corridor of Beenleigh to Coolangatta is the Gold Coast which has experienced experenntial population growth over the past 10 years.
